Abstract
Peripheral nerve compression leading to focal neuropathy is caused by various factors. This is a rare case of median nerve compression by brachial vein aneurysm. The patient showed symptoms and signs of median nerve compression after minor trauma. After surgical resection of brachial vein aneurysm impinging on median nerve, there was improvement of symptoms of focal neuropathy.
