Abstract
Giant cell tumor is a relatively common primary bone tumor. The distal ulna is an uncommon site for a tumor and few cases have been reported. We experienced a distal ulna giant cell tumor associated with aneurysmal bone cyst. We treated it by wide excision and distal radio-ulnar joint reconstruction through extensor carpi ulnaris tendon. We report a case of distal ulna giant cell tumor associated with aneurysmal bone cyst.
