Abstract
Flexor tendon sheath ganglion is the third most common ganglion of the hand and wrist. This ganglion can cause triggering of the finger. We have experienced a case of flexor tendon sheath ganglion on the A1 pulley, mimicking as the cause of trigger thumb. We report this case with review of literature
