Abstract
Poland's syndrome consists of unilateral congenital absence of pectoralis major muscle with variable degrees of ipsilateral upper limb deformities. The syndrome is not hereditary and is of unknown origin. A patient who had Poland’s syndrome with absence of pectoralis muscle and ipsilateral hypoplasia of midphalanx of the second and fifth fingers is described.
