Abstract
Flexor tendon rupture associated with fracture in nonrheumatoid hand is not common. But It is extremely rare if tendon rupture was related to fracture of the hamate hook. We have experienced a case of tendon ruptures secondary to ununited fracture of hamate hook which was undiagnosed and report our case with its treatment and final results.
