Abstract
We report on three patients with soft tissue hand injuries by mercury from broken thermometers; acute and chronic inflammation and foreign body granuloma. After excision of the granuloma, foreign body, and abscess, wound was healed and revealed no systemic intoxication on minimal 18month-follow-up.
