Abstract

Dislocations and fracture-dislocations involving carpal bones are not uncommon, but they are complex. These injuries are often difficult to classify, partly because many subtle variations are encountered clinically and because of the confusing and often conflicting terminology used throughout the literature. We report an unusual case of a transtriquetral transradial styloid dorsal transscaphoid perilunate dislocation of twenty five year old male.
