Abstract
Pathophysiology of intersection syndrome is understood as the tenosynovitis of the second dorsal compartment, but, a painful condition of the forearm that is infrequently diagnosed, so it should be differentiated from DeQuervain’s disease, focal trauma of wrist, Wartenberg’s syndrome. We report one case of intersection syndrome which required operation and result in satisfaction and review the literature .
